Friday the 15th of May marks Wine GB's South East #EnglishWineNight celebration. To toast the occasion, we've asked some of the team here at Bolney to talk you through a tasting of their favourite wines.
Join us to celebrate English Wine by ordering your favourite from the below award-winning wines and seeing what you can smell and taste in your own, at-home tasting.
What's more, you'll receive a complimentary Bolney 'Guided by Nature' tea towel with your order so you can present your wine in style.* Simply order one of the wines below between the 14th and 22nd May 2020 and enter the code BOLNEYTEATOWEL at checkout.
Here is Chris, Head of Wine Sales at Bolney, tasting our Classic Cuvée. This is a fine sparkling wine made from the classic Champagne varieties.
Robin, our Business Development Manager, chose Cuvée Noir for his tasting. A unique red sparkling wine made using the traditional method.
Next Alex, Production Manager at Bolney, guides you through a tasting of our Lychgate Rosé. This is a delicate and fresh rosé in style, with a coral pink colour.
Charlie, Brand Ambassador at Bolney, tastes our classic Pinot Gris. A medium-bodied and smooth wine, with plenty of fresh pear along with citrus and honeysuckle.
Our Managing Director and Head Winemaker, Sam, chose to taste our Pinot Noir; a wine her and her family have been making since the late nineties. This wine is an excellent example of a cool climate Pinot Noir.
