Are There Allergens In Bolney’s English Wine?
As a natural part of winemaking, chemical compounds called sulphites form during fermentation. They may also be added to preserve and protect the wine from oxidation, bacteria, and yeast.
At Bolney Wine Estate, we recognise that some people may be sensitive or allergic to sulphites. We encourage anyone who is sensitive or allergic to sulphites to check the label on every bottle of wine they purchase, as this information should be provided on all bottles. Please check each bottle before enjoying it.
Unless otherwise stated, assume all wines contain sulphites. We are always happy to issue refunds or exchanges for wines that may be unsuitable for individuals with allergies.
