Indulge in a luxury five-course tasting menu, the same exclusive menu developed by our Head Chef in collaboration with the Prestigious Searcys in celebration of their 2025 Bubbly Show. Carefully crafted with the freshest locally sourced ingredients, including produce from our own kitchen garden, each dish showcases bold flavours with everything from Lemon Sole with Lobster Mousseline to Charred Tender Stem with Umami reduction.

Welcome the new season in a stunning vineyard setting with friends and family as you enjoy live acoustic music, delicious food, and our award-winning wines. Your ticket includes a welcome drink, with a tempting selection of small plates, sharing boards, and desserts available for purchase throughout the evening.
