Bolney Rosso Vermouth
£19.00 – £228.00Sloe • Caramel • Blackcurrant
Bolney Rosso Vermouth is a unique Sussex vermouth, crafted on our beautiful Estate. Our Rosso English Vermouth combines delicious sloe and blackcurrant flavours with notes of caramel and eucalyptus. Faint hints of rose and elderflower blossom give it that slight sweetness, balanced with herbal tones. Our expert winemaker has developed distinctive flavour profiles, inspired by the nature in and around our Sussex estate, and botanicals found on the hedgerows surrounding our vines. Our Sussex Rosso English Vermouth is best enjoyed over ice in a balloon glass, topped up with your desired tonic and garnished with a wheel of blood orange and stem of lemon thyme. In 2020, we were awarded a silver medal for our vermouth at the World Vermouth Awards

Our Vermouth
Made in our English Winery at our Estate in West Sussex, our Vermouth was the very first Sussex Rosso Vermouth. At Bolney we have an abundance of sloes and elderberries growing in our hedgerows each year and those that were not eaten by birds sadly went to waste. So we decided to find a way to use them - and included them in our Vermouth.
Educational Guides
At Bolney we pride ourselves on knowing a thing or two about wine. We were one of the first UK commercial vineyards and have always been pioneers in the industry, so we wanted to share our passion and knowledge of wine with you. How to enjoy Vermouth
Customers Reviews
We came across Bolney Wine Estate when we were looking for a wine tasting experience. We saw the Vermouth on the website ordered some and went to pick it up. We have just enjoyed a few glasses with ice and tonic in the glorious weather we have had of late.

If you enjoy a negroni then treat yourself to this delicious vermouth – life is too short not to! I have ordered another 2 bottles and I know at least one neighbour is converted. I am now ruined for ordinary vermouth 😉
