We offer free delivery on all orders over £100 – this excludes purchases of vouchers and buy & book tours and events. For orders under £100, delivery is £5.99 to most locations on the UK mainland, excluding those listed below. Please contact us for current delivery prices to the following UK postcode areas:

We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order at the ‘Checkout’.
Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted (usually dispatched within 3 working days from the date the order is accepted) and in any event within 30 days of your order. Please note that at those times of the year when high volumes of orders are being placed, e.g. Christmas, Easter etc., we cannot always guarantee delivery within the usual timeframe as we are dependent on the courier.
Our courier will normally deliver between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. If you are not at the delivery address, the courier will endeavor to leave your order in a safe place for which you can provide instructions for at the ‘Checkout’.
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when we have received payment in full for the goods and they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss, damage or destruction.
Chilled Goods National Delivery:
All chilled goods are packaged in insulated WoolCool sacks with ice packs and are shipped via Parcel Force 24hour delivery service. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation. Due to the goods being chilled, you must ensure you are available to sign for the delivery. Any missed deliveries are the responsibility of the customer.

Can Airsac® be recycled?
Yes, Airsac® can be recycled. Where and how you can recycle Airsac® will depend on your local authority.
How can Airsac® be recycled?
Currently, category 4 plastics (like Airsac®) are not widely recycled at kerbside. Due to this, we advise that end user first check with their local authority to see what their recycling options are, as they are changing and advancing all the time. If kerbside or local authority recycling isn’t an option, the easiest step is to use a return-to-store recycling facility at a large supermarket. These are widely available across the UK and they accept category 4 (LPDE) plastics. This is because most plastic carrier bags are made from LDPE film. End users in the UK can visit recyclenow.com/what-to-do-with/plastic-film and enter their postcode to locate their nearest recycling point. Remember, all Airsac® packaging must be deflated before it’s recycled. To deflate, the end user can simply cut across the chambers using a pair of household scissors.

Can Flexi-Hex be recycled?
All Flexi-Hex packaging is curbside recyclable, biodegradable and compostable. They also use water-based PVA adhesive.
