Price:

We offer free delivery on all orders over £50 – this excludes purchases of vouchers and buy & book tours and events. For orders under £50, delivery is £7.95 to most locations on the UK mainland, excluding those listed below.  Please contact us for current delivery prices to the following UK postcode areas:

BT: Belfast (Northern Ireland)
FK: Falkirk
HS: Hebrides
IV: Inverness
KA: Kilmarnock
KW: Kirkwall
PA: Paisley
PH: Perth
PO: Isle of Wight (mainland Portsmouth postcodes are subject to the delivery charges detailed above)
TR: Isles of Scilly (mainland Cornish postcodes are subject to the delivery charges detailed above)
ZE: Lerwick, Shetland

We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order at the ‘Checkout’.

 

Delivery Times:

Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted (usually dispatched within 3 working days from the date the order is accepted) and in any event within 30 days of your order. Please note that at those times of the year when high volumes of orders are being placed, e.g. Christmas, Easter etc., we cannot always guarantee delivery within the usual timeframe as we are dependent on the courier.

Our courier will normally deliver between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. If you are not at the delivery address, the courier will endeavour to leave your order in a safe place for which you can provide instructions for at the ‘Checkout’.

You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when we have received payment in full for the goods and they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss, damage or destruction.

 

Packaging:

We use Flexi-Hex to keep our wine bottles safe on their way to you.

 

What is Flexi-Hex?

A sustainable bottle packaging solution created for the drinks sector and gifting market. Inspired by materials that can adapt and form, married with the idea of creating a rigid structure, the Flexi-Hex® sleeve was born.

 

Can Flexi-Hex be recycled?

All Flexi-Hex packaging is curbside recyclable, biodegradable and compostable. They also use water-based PVA adhesive.

 

Click and Collect:

Click and collect is free and available for all products on our website. At checkout select collect from vineyard and the date you wish to collect. Please note, collection is available from our estate shop located at Bolney Wine Estate, Foxhole Lane, Bolney, RH17 5NB only.

 

Physical Gift Vouchers:

Please note that all physical gift vouchers will incur an admin charge of £3.95 for denominations of £50 and under and £7.95 for denominations of over £50. Please note:  A signature may be required for the delivery of physical gift vouchers.
