Subscription FAQs

    • Initial Payment
      • Your first payment will be taken when you subscribe and your goods will be dispatched as per our normal terms of sale, i.e. goods are usually dispatched within 3 working days from the date the order is accepted.

    • Future Payments
      • Future payments will be taken on the same day of the month as your first payment so, for example, if you subscribe for a two-monthly order on 15th April, your second payment will be taken on 15th June.

    • Skipping a Delivery
      • If you want to skip one of your scheduled deliveries, but you don't want to cancel your subscription then you can easily do do this via the 'Manage Subscriptions' section of your account (see 'Managing my Subscription Account' below). 

    • Changing the Frequency of my Subscription
      • You can change the frequency of your subscription at any time via the 'Manage Subscriptions' section of your account (see 'Managing my Subscription Account' below).

    • Cancelling my Subscription
      • You can cancel your subscription at any time via the 'Manage Subscriptions' section of your account (see 'Managing my Subscription Account' below).

    • Managing my Subscription Account
      1. Login to your account via the 'Login' link at the top right of the screen
        (or the last option under 'Menu' on a mobile device)
      2. Click on the 'My Account' link at the top right of the screen
        (or the last option under 'Menu' on a mobile device)
      3. Click on 'Manage Subscriptions'
      4. The next screen includes options to skip a delivery, change the frequency of your subscription, or cancel your subscription.
