Whether you are at the beach listening to the sounds of the ocean, in the countryside surrounded by nature or simply in your own back garden with friends and family, alfresco dining delights all who partake. All about the wine...
Secondly a picnic would not be complete without the delicious food and drink that make dining in the great outdoors the treat we know and love. In our opinion the most important (although we may be slightly biased) is wine. What tipple will you take to perfectly top off your picnic? Our favourite would have to be a fresh and elegant sparkling rosé such as our Cuvée Rosé – with its salmon pink colour and notes of red apple and cranberry this is the perfect accompaniment to your picnic. If sparkling rosé isn’t your thing, then how about a crisp and citrusy white wine such as our Chardonnay, with flavours of peach, baked apple and citrus notes – perfectly refreshing on a warm summer’s day. Or why not try something completely different and take along our Cuvée Noir, a unique sparkling red wine that is best served chilled. With its aromas of red cherry, redcurrants, and sweet blueberries this will truly elevate your picnic – and delight your fellow diners.
