Classic Cuvée
This is a fine, vintage sparkling wine made from the classic Champagne varietals – 70% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir, 5% Pinot Meunier. Delightful floral and brioche notes combine with zesty apple and citrus fruit, fresh and clean with a vibrant finish. Makes a great aperitif or serve with a starter of smoked salmon or smoked trout pâté.
Lychgate Red
Notes of red fruits and a hint of leather lead through to juicy plum and berry flavours together with soft tannins make this a very elegant easy drinking wine. Medium bodied dry red wine. Serve with a blue or goat’s cheese tart.
Lychgate Bacchus
Lovely jasmine, elderflower and ripe grapefruit notes are at the forefront of this wine, followed by hints of nettle and freshly cut grass. A classic example of a Bacchus, this wine is easy drinking and a firm favourite.
Chardonnay
A sophisticated and classic Chardonnay with lemon shortbread, vanilla and orange blossom on the nose and caramelised pineapple and apricot on the palate with a lemon peel finish.
Bolney Bubbly
Delightful floral and brioche notes combine with zesty citrus fruit, honeysuckle and elderflower for this Sussex sparkling wine. It is delicate and well balanced, finishing with a soft fresh hint of sweetness, making it the perfect English sparkling wine gift.
Lychgate Rosé
A fresh and silky rosé with a coral pink colour. Aromas of strawberry, raspberry, red fruit and rose petals lead to a refreshing palate of red fruits, strawberries and cream.

We haven’t actually had time (7 days!) to get through the entire winemaker’s selection but we know from previous experience that Bolney wines are excellent. We have tried the Pinot Gris, though, which lived up to expectations. Would thoroughly recommend
