Ian Brunsdon has been Head Chef at Bolney for over a year now, with more than 15 years experience in the kitchen. He is passionate about using locally sourced, seasonal produce to create delicious dishes for The Eighteen Acre Cafe and Restaurant. Really love the food Ian, you and the team are doing a fantastic job. We’ve pretty much had everything on the menu. Very impressed with the Sunday roasts over the festive season. Keep up the good work!
