A very stylish, single vintage, traditional method, quality Sussex sparkling wine. Elegant fruit and hazelnut aromas complement the smooth texture and creamy finish. Gentle fruit and lovely length.

Blanc de Blancs
All fruit was hand-picked then whole-bunch pressed and fermented in stainless steel for around 14 days prior to malolactic fermentation. Bottle-fermented and lees aged for 18 months prior to disgorgement.
Great as an aperitif or paired with shellfish, seafood, poultry, pork, salami, strong cheeses, chicken and smoked salmon. Also perfectly complements lemon dark chocolate.
