Pinot Gris

Medium-bodied and smooth, plenty of fresh pear along with citrus and honeysuckle. Fresh finish with some grassy notes.

Winemaker's Edition

A well-balanced, medium-bodied red wine with smoky aromas, black pepper and dark cherry. The palate shows earthy notes complemented by blackberry and dark chocolate, offering a good tannic structure making it a perfect wine for ageing.

Estate Chardonnay

A textured, crisp white with citrus, apricot and orange peel on the nose, finishing with creamy brioche and honey. On the palate, peach and baked apple are complemented by citrus and spice creating texture and body.

Cuvée Rosé 

An elegant and delicate, single vintage, traditional method sparkling wine. Salmon pink colour in the glass full of lots of tiny bubbles. Floral and red apple aromas lead to red apple & cranberry on the palate with a bright, fresh finish and lovely length

Blanc de Blancs

A very stylish vintage, traditional method, quality sparkling wine. Lots of yellow fruit character, floral notes, and wonderful yeasty undertones. Smooth texture with a fine mousse and a lovely length.

Cuvée Noir

A unique, traditional method, sweet sparkling red wine. Aromas reminiscent of red fruits, especially red cherry, redcurrants and sweet blueberries. On the palate, the sparkling red has a wonderful creamy richness and full-bodied mousse, packed full of ripe summer fruits, with a hint of sweet spice on the finish.
