Bolney Wine Estate (BWE) has no legal obligation to publish a Modern Slavery Act Compliance statement (S.54 Modern Slavery Act, 2015) because its global turnover is below the threshold set by HM Government.

However, our policy position is that we will maintain an active and developing approach to ensure that none of our business or supply chain is tainted by Modern Slavery or exploitation.
