The very same experts who make our award-winning still and sparkling wines make our gin. Following the same principle that has sustained us for nearly 50 years on our beautiful Sussex vineyard, they are guided by nature and make use of the natural resources in our environment.
Sustainability is a central part of this approach, which we’ve not lost sight of since our pioneering days in the
early 1970s. We’ve created a gin that uses press wine from our very own estate-grown grapes, distilled with delicate botanicals, including hawthorn leaves sourced from the hedgerows surrounding our vines.
This unique liqueur makes the perfect winter warmer, served neat or even warm. It also makes a versatile cocktail ingredient regardless of the season and is delicious served over ice.

Serve over ice in a tumbler
Bolney Bubbly Sloe Rosé
Add 25ml of Bolney Sloe gin to a flute of Bolney Bubbly Rose
Sloe Hedgerow
40ml of Bolney Estate Gin
20ml of Bolney Estate Sloe Gin
20ml of Bolney Rosso Vermouth
A dash of orange bitters
Shake over ice and serve in a coupe. Garnish with a fresh blackberry.
