In this interactive masterclass, you’ll explore how balance, texture and style come together by creating your own unique blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Gris.  Guided by the expert Bolney team, you’ll taste a selection of individual base wines before creating your own bespoke blend, gaining insight into how grape varieties, vineyard parcels and blending decisions shape the final wine in the glass.

This is a rare opportunity to step into the winemaker’s world and sample wines that are rarely tasted outside the winery.
