English Pinot Noir

Our English Pinot Noir is an elegant, medium-bodied wine with flavours of blackcurrant, ripe fig, dark cherry, and white pepper. Its silky texture and good ageing potential allow for more complex flavours to develop over time. This versatile wine pairs beautifully with dishes like roasted poultry, mushroom risotto, and lighter meats. Our Pinot Noir has received numerous accolades, including a Gold at the Wine GB Awards 2019.

ENGLISH PINOT NOIR

Dark Harvest

Dark Harvest is a well-balanced Sussex red wine with a blend of red and black fruit flavours, complemented by subtle smoky notes. Similar in style to Cabernet Franc, it pairs well with pizza, beef ragu, and souvlaki. Dark Harvest has been recognised with a Bronze at the Wine GB Awards 2021.

Lychgate Red

Lychgate Red is a rich and complex wine with flavours of ripe stone fruits, spice, and herbaceous notes. Deep flavours of dark chocolate and black olive tapenade provide a long, fresh, and soft finish. Similar in style to Cabernet Franc, this wine pairs perfectly with slow-cooked pork belly, rich beef ragu, and roasted tomato and garlic bean stew. Lychgate Red received a Silver at the UKVA English and Welsh Wine of the Year Competition 2014.

LYCHGATE RED

Cuvée Noir

Cuvée Noir is a unique sweet sparkling red wine with aromas of red cherry, redcurrants, and sweet blueberries. It offers a creamy richness and full-bodied mousse with ripe summer fruits and a hint of sweet spice. This wine pairs perfectly with rich game dishes, BBQ meats, salami, cheese, and even sweet dishes like bitter chocolate desserts and Christmas pudding. Cuvée Noir was awarded a Bronze at the International Wine Challenge 2018.
