Raclette Evening with Specs and Bear

Saturday 28th September  – 6.30 – 8.30pm

We’re delighted  to be partnering with Specs and Bear again this September for another relaxed evening of delicious Raclette cheese and wine.  

Raclette is a rich, nutty cheese that originates in the Alpine regions of Switzerland and France, traditionally enjoyed melted over potatoes and other dishes. While it’s often associated with winter warmth after a day on the slopes, this delightful dish is perfect for any season. This September, embark on your own Alpine culinary journey at our Estate and savour the flavours of the mountains as summer gives way to the crispness of autumn.

There will be a warm and friendly welcome with a glass of Bolney Bubbly and incredible dishes will be available to purchase on the evening, of course, topped with Specs and Bear’s Raclette grilled cheese.
