Bolney gave great customer service when Parcel Force didn’t deliver on the said date – and repeatedly left ‘You weren’t at home’ cards although the recipient was in! – and dispatched another set via DHL which arrived. Really impressive service.
The recipient hasn’t told me how great it tasted yet though – she and husband adore gin which is puzzling. However, the bottle was so tiny that it could be concealed about her person, apparently! I couldn’t see the volume of the bottle on the site which might have changed my mind about ordering it.
