Chef's Dining Experience in Collaboration with Dhruv Baker

Weâre thrilled to announce an exclusive collaboration between renowned Chef and MasterChef Winner Dhruv Baker and our Head Chef, Jack Marsh. Born in Mexico and raised in India, Dhruvâs upbringing had a great influence on his style of cooking. His complex palate and love of spices won over the MasterChef judges, winning him the competition in 2010. Dhruv has since written a cookbook (SPICE), judged numerous awards including the World Cheese Awards and the Great Taste Awards, and is a regular at food festivals and events across the country including at Fortnum & Masonâs new Food & Drink Studio.
Together Dhruv and Jack have created a one-of-a-kind menu that celebrates the best of seasonal, locally sourced ingredients â including fresh produce from our very own kitchen garden â expertly paired with our award-winning English wines.
Reflecting his passion for English wine, Dhruv shares:
“Iâm really looking forward to working with head chef Jack + the Bolney team on this special dining experience. The opportunity to build the menu using produce grown in the Estateâs kitchen garden is exactly how I love to create dishes, and this time of year is wonderful for a whole range of ingredients such as crab apples, late harvest tomatoes and pumpkins. Matched to some of Bolneyâs award-winning wines, particularly the sparkling wines, this dinner is going to be a real treat.â

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event. Cancellations made less than 5 days before the event will be charged a late cancellation fee of 25% of the event cost. The event is for guests aged 18 years or over. For the Chefâs Dining Experience, dietary requirements may not be accommodated due to the nature of the set menu. Menu and wine pairings are subject to change.
