Cold Brew G&T

Ingredients:

– 25ml Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur

– 50ml Bolney Estate Gin

– Top up with Tonic Water

Bolney 75

– 45ml Bolney Estate Gin

– 10ml lemon juice

– 5ml sugar syrup

– Top up with Bolney Bubbly

Bolney Red Snapper

Ingredients:

– 50ml Bolney Estate Gin

– Worcester sauce

– Tabasco

– Pepper

– Celery salt

– 15ml lemon juice

– Tomato Juice

– Serve over ice with a stick of celery
