Earthy Notes • Blackberry • Dark Chocolate
A well-balanced, medium-bodied red wine with smoky aromas, black pepper and dark cherry. The palate shows earthy notes complemented by blackberry and dark chocolate, offering a good tannic structure making it a perfect wine for ageing.

Winemaker’s Edition
The fruit was fermented at 24c with pump-overs thrice daily. Yeast strains were selected to accentuate black fruit and spice characters. After pressing, the wine
underwent malolactic fermentation, partially in barrel and micro-oxygenation were used to increase suppleness.
Perfectly complements steak frites as well as meaty pasta dishes and BBQs.
Grape varieties: Rondo and Pinot Noir
ABV: 11.5%
