Private Virtual wine tasting with Bolney

Gather your friends, family or colleagues online and join one of our experts for a private virtual wine tasting. They’ll guide you through how to see, swirl, sniff and sip three of our award-winning wines, as you go from amateur to connoisseur. Afterwards, compete to become wine champion as your guide puts your newfound knowledge to the test with a fun quiz to finish!

NUMBER OF ATTENDEES

Booking your package

  • Decide on who you’d like to join you on your virtual tasting. Each login to the video call counts as one ‘household’. You need at least 5 of these to host your tasting. Each household can have as many of your friends, family members or colleagues in the video as they like, as long as they are on one computer.
  • Pick your wine tasting package and place your order. Remember, you’ll need to order at least 5 of your chosen package.
  • Once you have placed your order, a member of the Bolney Team will be in contact within 48 hours to arrange a date and let you know further information on setting up your tasting.
  • We’ll then send each household three bottles of wine, along with everything else you’ll need, ready for your tasting.
  • If three wines just aren’t quite enough, you can add more from our range to your package, or you can create a bespoke package which can include any of your favourite Bolney wines, our Bolney Estate Gin and Rosso Vermouth. Wine Quiz

Afterwards, compete to become wine champion as your guide puts your newfound knowledge to the test with a fun quiz to finish!

Additional Information

We require a minimum of 5 virtual connections per private booking to ensure you and your guests get the best experience.

Please note, prices are per connection/household and include the above.

If you wish to discuss dates before booking, please email corporate@bolneywineestate.com or call us on 01444 881 575. We will aim to host your virtual wine tasting within 7 working days from the date of order, to ensure all parties have received their tasting kits and wine ready for the experience. If each member of your party wishes to pay separately, please contact us before booking.

If you are celebrating a special occasion or would like to add a little something special to the experience for your guests, we can also offer bottle engraving. Please contact us at corporate@bolneywineestate.com or call us on 01444 881 575 for more information.

Whilst we want you and your party to enjoy the virtual tasting tour as much as possible, please ensure that your group are compliant with the current government laws and guidelines for your area.
