Founder’s Edition Blanc de Blancs 2018 is an exquisite traditional method sparkling wine, made from 100% Chardonnay sourced from a single vineyard in an exceptional year for English wine. Partial oak barrel aged, this wine has spent three years in bottle on lees, released exclusively for our 50th celebrations.
Captivating apple, ripe pear, white peach and jasmine on the nose are reminiscent of heady summer evenings. With a lovely stream of lively fine bubbles, this wine offers pale lemon with buttery creamy notes on the palate. This wine is a showstopper.
