An elegant and delicate, single vintage, traditional method rosé sparkling wine. Salmon pink colour in the glass full of lots of tiny bubbles. Floral and red apple aromas lead to red apple & cranberry on the palate with a bright, fresh finish and lovely length for this Cuvée Rosé.

IOC 18-2007 was the dominant yeast strain used. 2018 was a great year and we decided to let the vineyard characteristics come through by keeping the yeast selection neutral.
As 2018 was such a ripe year it was not necessary to put all batches through MLF. The final blend reached a poised but demure total acidity.
Pairs perfectly with hors d’oeuvres and starters, fish and some red berry desserts. The balanced fresh acidity of the wine cuts through fatty foods beautifully. The fruit and brioche notes make this wine the perfect pairing for rich cheddar.

I had this wine recently and it is one of the best I have ever tasted. It is one of the best – I am not a big drinker but I like this – a lot.
I visited The Bolney Estate a couple of years ago where I tasted the Cuvee Rose for the first time. It’s one of the most delicious sparkling rose I’ve ever tasted and a firm favourite with my family. Thoroughly recommend it.
Fabulous Rose.would highly recommend…. better than some very expensive French champagnes!!

This is perfect for a summer’s day, light but packed with flavour. It tastes delicious with a lasting fizz, and is very easy to drink. Very special, a Bolney triumph.
