Chef's Dining Experience

6pm – 9pm | Friday 4th April 

 

Indulge in a luxury five-course tasting menu, the same exclusive menu developed by our Head Chef in collaboration with the Prestigious Searcys in celebration of their 2025 Bubbly Show. Carefully crafted with the freshest locally sourced ingredients, including produce from our own kitchen garden, each dish showcases bold flavours with everything from Lemon Sole with Lobster Mousseline to Charred Tender Stem with Umami reduction.

 

To enhance your experience, our Winemaker has selected wine pairings to perfectly complement each course.

With only 30 exclusive seats available, this intimate evening promises an unforgettable culinary experience.

£120 per person (including wine pairing)

Please note: The restaurant will be closed for regular service and open exclusively for this special event. As this is a set menu, we cannot cater for dietary requirements.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event. Cancellations made less than 5 days before the event will be charged a late cancellation fee of 25% of the cost of the event. The event is for guests aged 18 years or over. For the Chef’s Dining Experience we cannot cater for any specific dietary requirements, menu and wine pairings may be subject to change.
