Bolney Estate Gin is a classic, dry English gin. Its vibrant freshness of lemon oil and fennel is delicately balanced with hints of bay and juniper. As richly scented as a country hedgerow, it has an earthy, floral depth and a spiciness on the nose and finish. It gives a natural zing to a G&T and a satisfying heart to any cocktail.

Our gin uses press wine from our very own grapes, distilled with delicate botanicals, including hawthorn leaves sourced from the hedgerows surrounding our vines.

The very same experts who make our award-winning still and sparkling wines make our gin. Following the same principle that has sustained us for nearly 50 years on our beautiful Sussex vineyard, they are guided by nature and make use of the natural resources in our environment.

Sustainability is a central part of this approach, which we’ve not lost sight of since our pioneering days in the
early 1970s. We’ve created a gin that uses press wine from our very own estate-grown grapes, distilled with delicate botanicals, including hawthorn leaves sourced from the hedgerows surrounding our vines.

Steve

Well!!
What have you done to this?
I purchased some of your gin a year or two ago and it was really good. However, this one I bought a month or two ago and I have just opened it. What an awful taste. Is it off? I would like to know.

Love this Gin. Great taste

Patrick

I’d tried this gin at the Wick Inn in Hove and really enjoyed it. It was a real treat to have a bottle at home and so much tastier and enjoyable than your basic supermarket fare.

I am not a Gin man, but the wife enjoys it to the extent that it easily vies with the other brands she likes, Foxhole, Bombay Sapphire, Hendricks for example. It is a pity, Bolney no longer are involved with Foxhole, it was a good gin that you initiated
