A very stylish vintage, traditional method, quality sparkling wine. Lots of yellow fruit character, floral notes, and wonderful yeasty undertones. Smooth texture with a fine mousse and a lovely length.
Food match - Great as an aperitif or paired with shellfish, seafood, poultry, pork, strong cheeses, chicken and smoked salmon.

I love Kerry's review, below, and agree with everything she's written. Now we are all stuck in Lockdown Limbo, the need for a regular escape is ever more vital. I'd just add that any day which has a "Y" in it is good for this wine. No-one's doing much driving, after all...
I really enjoy about 3 to 4 English sparkling wines, and for me the Bolney Blanc de Blanc is the best value, as good as the more expensive competitors. Great on its own or with some fishy nibbles like prawns or scallops.
So, let's be honest, can you get a 6 quid bottle of bubbly stuff from a supermarket, course you can. What you wont get with that though is a side order of luxurious, taste-tingling heaven. This is so good. No really it's that good. Light but rich. Bubbly but not acidy. And 100% decadent. It'll turn the dullest Monday after a rubbish work day into a glass of Heaven with a side order of "life's pretty damn good." Do it. Do it now. You'll thank me.
A great sparkling wine to enjoy on a summers day. Easy to drink and would definitely buy again!
This is a lovely English sparkling wine. It’s crisp but still easy drinking. Lovely!
