Bolney Wine Club â December Case
This Christmas selection brings you a blend of beloved classics and a few special surprises, perfect for the festive season.
At the heart of this selection is our flagship Bolney Classic CuvĂŠe. Crafted in the traditional method with the "holy trinity" of sparkling wine grapes â Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier â this elegant sparkling wine is ideal for all your festive toasts and celebrations.
Adding a rich and sultry note to your shipment is a very special red " reserva" from one of our partner wineries, ValdubĂłn, in Spainâs prestigious Ribera del Duero region. Made from the Tempranillo grape and matured for 24 months in old French and American oak casks, this wine is smooth, ageworthy, and brimming with character. It pairs beautifully with deeply flavoured meats such as game, as well as with a traditional turkey roast and all its flavourful side dishes.
Gold Members will also receive a first taste of our recently released Lychgate RosĂŠ 2023 as well as a bottle of the special occasion Bolney Founder's Edition Blanc de Blancs 2018 â a vintage sparkling wine, which is worth saving for those landmark celebrations.

A concentrated single varietal wine from vineyards on the slopes of the Tygerberg Hills, close to the cold Atlantic Ocean. This refreshing Sauvignon Blanc has an invigorating sea breeze character. Gooseberry and kiwi fruit jostle with the delicate herbal scent of blackcurrant leaf, while the palate is balanced out by refreshing hints of lemongrass and a lip-smacking, saline finish. Perfect with butter-fried scallops or gorgonzola.

Made with Schonberger grapes, which are almost plum coloured when ripe, this lovely orange wine is a delicate copper colour in the glass. Floral aromas of summer roses combine with a fruit character that displays tropical notes of lychee and guava. Muted acidity and a pleasingly dry finish complete this thirst-quenching limited-edition bottle, which is Bolney’s first production of orange wine.

Founder’s Edition Blanc de Blancs 2018 is an exquisite traditional method sparkling wine, made from 100% Chardonnay sourced from a single vineyard in an exceptional year for English wine. Partial oak barrel aged, this wine has spent three years in bottle on lees, released exclusively for our 50th celebrations.
Captivating apple, ripe pear, white peach and jasmine on the nose are reminiscent of heady summer evenings. With a lovely stream of lively fine bubbles, this wine offers pale lemon with buttery creamy notes on the palate. This wine is a showstopper.
