Introductory cases will be dispatched from our central warehouse and delivered to your registered address. If you would like to collect your introductory case from Bolney Wine Estate, please speak to a member of staff before signing up.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Membership is available to those 18 years or over.
  2. Payment will be taken 72 hours before your shipment is sent. Please note, when you place an order, we will securely store your card details so it’s easier for you to place any future orders, but we will never take payment from your card unless you authorise us to do so.
  3. When you give us your credit or debit card details you are confirming that you are either the card holder, or that you have permission from the card holder to use the card for the purpose of ordering wine.
  4. The member prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are per shipment or introductory case. We reserve the right to change or alter the membership shipment prices at any time.
  5. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure we have the latest up-to-date information held on file. Any address or card detail information changes must be made by contacting customer services or where possible via the website.
  6. We reserve the right to cancel any orders we cannot fulfil for any reason. If your order is cancelled we will contact you to explain why and refund any money you have paid us for that order.
  7. With your first shipment/introductory case, you will receive a welcome pack with all details of how the benefits can be redeemed.
  8. Your membership will run for 12 months from your date of joining , thereafter your membership will automatically renew for further periods of 12 months (a renewed membership term) unless you cancel your membership by contacting our Customer Services Team. 
  9. Cancellation. You are able to cancel your membership with a minimum of 30 days notice. To do this, you need to call our Customer Services Team on 01444 711 722. Please note that, in order to cancel membership, you will be required to confirm your card membership number to customer services. If you decide to cancel your membership before you have paid for and received two shipments, and you have already used some of your additional member benefits such as tour tickets, you will be liable for the cost of these. Once your membership is cancelled, your membership benefits, including any future pre-booked tours or tastings, will cease with immediate effect.
  10. Opting out of shipments. There is a limit to two opt outs per rolling year from the time of sign up. To do this, you need to call our Customer Services Team on 01444 711 722 with a minimum of 7 days notice prior to the next shipment. All member benefits will be paused with immediate effect until the member pays for their next shipment.
  11. We want you to be completely happy with your wine club shipments. If you have any concerns within 14 days of shipment, we will put it right. No quibble, no fuss. However, all bottles must be unopened and returned in the same condition you received it in, in the original packaging. Please contact customer services for more information.
  12. Shipment re-delivery. If member shipments are returned to us in the event of a missed delivery, members will be charged a standard £7.95 delivery fee for re-delivery.
  13. For discount benefits at the Eighteen Acre Café & Restaurant and the Vineyard Shop the member must be present and show the membership card. Please notify the restaurant you are a member when making the reservation. Eighteen Acre discount only applies to bookings of four guests or fewer. The discount is applicable when dining from our standard menu in the Café and is not valid for any special events such as Chef’s Dining Experience. Discount benefits are also available on special dining events such as the Chef’s Dining Experience.
  14. For discounts on wines and spirits, this can be redeemed onsite at our Vineyard Shop or at  You must present and show your membership card at the vineyard shop in order to receive your member’s discount.

  16. Unused member benefits at the end of the 12 months are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  17. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. In the event of any claim or dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, and any orders placed thereunder, the courts of England will have exclusive jurisdiction over them.

  19. We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions. We will, where reasonably possible give you notice of any significant changes we plan to make to these Terms and Conditions that will negatively affect you by email. If you do not agree to these changes, you can cancel your Membership by calling our Customer Services Team.  We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by these changes unless the loss or damage is caused by our negligence.
