English Wine Week Chef's Dining Experience

We’re delighted that on Friday 19th June we’re hosting our exclusive Chef’s Dining Experience in celebration of English Wine Week.
Join us on an interactive journey through a 6-course tasting menu, which is bursting with flavours of fresh and locally sourced produce. Many of the dishes include ingredients from our very own kitchen garden. Our Executive Chef has also individually paired each course with one of our award-winning wines.

Spend a summer afternoon amongst the vines with one of our specially prepared picnic hampers. Each hamper includes a selection of sandwiches and sweet treats inspired by a classic afternoon tea, ready to enjoy in our stretch tent or out in the vineyard.

Your ticket includes a Bolney Bubbly or Bubbly Rosé welcome drink, with a tempting selection of small plates, sharing boards, and desserts available for purchase throughout the evening.

Discover the art of English winemaking at Bolney Wine Estate this English Wine Week with an exclusive behind-the-scenes blending experience.
In this interactive masterclass, you’ll explore how balance, texture and style come together by creating your own unique blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Gris. Guided by the expert Bolney team, you’ll taste a selection of individual base wines before creating your own bespoke blend, gaining insight into how grape varieties, vineyard parcels and blending decisions shape the final wine in the glass.
