We’re delighted to be partnering with Wild Cow again in December to bring you delicious steak and chips that pair perfectly with our wines. What better way to spend a festive Saturday evening?
Wild Cow are a Sussex based street food van who serve delicious slices of steak with garlic salted chips and a choice of homemade sauces from peppercorn to chimichuri.

Escape the winter chill by joining us at our Estate where Specs and Bear will be returning for another relaxed evening of delicious Raclette cheese and wine.
Raclette is a rich, nutty cheese that originates in the Alpine regions of Switzerland and France and is typically enjoyed (served melted over potatoes and other dishes) by mountain-dwellers and skiers, seeking warmth after a day on the slopes. Evoke memories of your own winter adventures and embark on your very own Alpine culinary journey this winter in the heart of West Sussex.
