Our onsite Eighteen Acre Café lets you taste the beauty of Bolney wines in your own time. The balcony has a sweeping view across the acres of vines for you to luxuriate in as you sip a glass of award-winning wine.

You’ll find a warm welcome and some delicious food, with hearty breakfasts and lunches lovingly prepared by our chef from the finest local ingredients. From light bites to full mezze plates, the Café is the perfect place to catch up with friends or enjoy some quiet time over a glass or two.

Our tours run all year long and our peak times are February to October. Late summer is a fantastic time to visit, around the grape harvest.

Usually, you can expect to taste the equivalent of about ½ a bottle of wine. This is an approximate measurement as we do free-pour. We do of course provide spitoons for people who just want to taste our wine without having to drink it all.

Yes! We have a well-stocked cellar door shop with our full portfolio of award-winning wines that you can buy by the bottle or case. We also sell local produce in the shop. You can browse our full range and buy online, too.

More Tour FAQs

We do not advise drinking and driving. For those driving, we provide spittoons. However, you can leave your car here overnight if you wish; please just let your tour guide know if you plan to do so. The estate is locked by 6 pm every night and the gates will be reopened at 8.30 am the next day.

We are located 10 miles south of Crawley on the A23. Our nearest mainline train stations are Haywards Heath or Burgess Hill (both about 15 minutes by taxi).
