Each piece of venison is cured with a blend of salts, home-grown (organic) herbs and spices, along with foraged secret ingredients that reflect its habitat. The meat is then cold-smoked and air dried, naturally.
We can deliver fresh produce within a 20 mile radius of Bolney (please see full list of places we can deliver to below), or you can arrange to collect from us. Delivery is free of charge and will take between 1 and 3 working days. We are able to offer a non-contact service should this be required.
Delivery (or collection) will be by arrangement – we will call you and arrange a delivery/collection date and time slot.
