The great British summertime is almost upon us and what better way to celebrate then with a garden party. Whether is a BBQ or garden cocktails we have the perfect case for you.
What's in the case:
Bolney Estate Gin
Bolney Estate Gin is a classic, dry English gin. Its vibrant freshness of lemon oil and fennel is delicately balanced with hints of bay and juniper. As richly scented as a country hedgerow, it has an earthy, floral depth and a spiciness on the nose and finish. It gives a natural zing to a G&T and a satisfying heart to any cocktail.
Eighteen Acre Rosé
A vibrant, deep pink with elegant mousse in the glass. On the nose this wine expresses aromas of red fruits, particularly that of ripe strawberries and red cherries. These aromas are continued over to the palate with layers of complexity from the lees ageing, with a sweet spice character.
Cuvée Noir
A unique red sparkling wine made using the traditional method. Aromas reminiscent of red stone fruits, especially red cherry, redcurrants and sweet blueberries. On the palate, a wonderful creamy richness and full bodied mousse, packed full of ripe summer fruits, with a hint of sweet spice on the finish.
Pairs with: BBQ meats.
Lychgate Rosé
A fresh and silky rosé with a coral pink colour. Aromas of strawberry, raspberry, red fruit and rose petals lead to a refreshing palate of red fruits, strawberries and cream. Fruit was hand-picked and the grapes were whole-bunch pressed to limit extraction of colour and tannin, with cool fermentation then taking place for around 14 days.
Pairs with: Asian foods, summer fruit desserts.
Pinot Gris
Medium-bodied and smooth, plenty of fresh pear along with citrus and honeysuckle. Fresh finish with some grassy notes.
Pairs with: Tiger prawns
Bolney Sparkling English Cider
We have taken the original wine style Kentish cider produced from our local Garden of England fruit, applied with a modern winemaking approach along with a ‘Traditional Method’ second fermentation in the bottle. The result is a lively, fresh fruit driven aperitif that is flexible enough to accompany a range of seasonal dishes.
