A salve to the senses, this perfectly balanced Pinot has soft tannins and juicy red cherries on the palate. Leather, spice and chocolate complement fresh plums and a smooth and creamy finish.
100% Pinot Noir
Made with fruit selected from our Foxhole and Pookchurch vineyards, the Pinot Noir grapes were hand-picked, crushed and fermented on skins for around 7-days at 25- 28°C. Fermentation was in small 600L bins, allowing punch downs by hand. After pressing, the wine underwent malolactic fermentation, partially in barrel.
