All you need to make some refreshing Hedgerow Spritz Cocktails (excluding garnish).
1 x 70cl Bolney Bubbly
1 x 70cl Rosso vermouth
6 x 200ml Fever- Tree Elderflower Tonic.
How to make a Hedgerow Spritz
1. Add cubed ice to a spritz style wine glass.
2. Add the 35ml of Rosso Vermouth, 75ml of Bolney Bubbly NV and tonic water to the glass and stir gently.
3. Garnish with a squeeze and wedge of pink grapefruit and a sprig of mint.
