Harvest Dinner

Friday 4th October 7pm - 10pm

Come together with friends and family and join us for a wonderful three-course dinner, amidst the excitement of Harvest time. Our dishes will be created using local farm ingredients and will include a glass of Bolney still red or white wine. To top off the evening, you'll experience a unique first-hand tasting from the 2019 Harvest while still in tank.

Rabbit Terrine
Wrapped in Parma Ham, Carrot, Pickled Silver Skins, Salsa Verde & Sour Dough Toast

Mains

Braised Venison Shoulder & Loin
With Kale, Bacon Dauphinoise Potato & Blackberry Jus
Chestnut Gnocchi
Celeriac, Kale, Beetroot Puree & Fresh Horseradish

Desserts

Sticky Toffee Pudding
With Caramel Sauce & Vanilla Ice Cream
Hazelnut Crème Brulee
