What's in the case:
Bolney Estate Gin
Bolney Estate Gin is a classic, dry English gin. Its vibrant freshness of lemon oil and fennel is delicately balanced with hints of bay and juniper. As richly scented as a country hedgerow, it has an earthy, floral depth and a spiciness on the nose and finish. It gives a natural zing to a G&T and a satisfying heart to any cocktail.
Bolney Rosso Vermouth
Have you tried it yet? In 2018 we released an exciting new product for Bolney – an English Rosso (red) Vermouth! Pair it with tonic or create a cocktail. Vermouth is a fortified wine flavoured with botanicals that is a staple in many classic drinks. See below for more details on how to drink it.
Delightful floral and brioche notes combine with zesty citrus fruit, honeysuckle and elderflower. It is delicate and well balanced, finishing with a soft fresh hint of sweetness.
Crème de Cassis
As Bramley and Gage use only fresh blackcurrants, the liqueur has an earthy, incense-like perfume and taste, and brings to mind summer days picking them. The flavour is very powerful, and will add interest and zing to dishes both sweet and savoury. It makes an excellent Kir Royale, perfectly combined with our Bolney Bubbly.
Campari has always been a symbol of intrigue and pleasure when it comes to aperitifs. The intense aroma and inspiring flavour creates a captivating and unique drinking experience.
Eighteen Acre Rosè
A vibrant, deep pink with elegant mousse in the glass. On the nose this wine expresses aromas of red fruits, particularly that of ripe strawberries and red cherries. These aromas are continued over to the palate with layers of complexity from the lees ageing, with a sweet spice character.
A wonderful selection box of great quality Bolney Sparkling and Spirits. Apart from the Campari of course! The Bolney Gin intrigued me, infused with Bolney Hedgerow almost other things. Can’t wait to try that one!
