You can tell wild salmon even before tasting it: it has a slightly duskier colour and finer grained texture. It reflects the salmons diet out in the ocean before it journeys – sometimes thousands of miles – to return to the freshwater river where it was born. The wild salmon is very delicate and needs to be handled with extreme care. Springs Smokery hand filet and then dry salt the salmon.

All chilled goods are packaged in insulated WoolCool sacks with ice packs and are shipped via Parcel Force 24hour delivery service. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation. Due to the goods being chilled, you must ensure you are available to sign for the delivery. Any missed deliveries are the responsibility of the customer.
