Bolney Bubbly

Delightful floral and brioche notes combine with zesty citrus fruit, honeysuckle and elderflower. It is a delicate and well balanced English sparkling wine, finishing with a soft fresh hint of sweetness.
Pairs with: Smoked Salmon, turkey, and cheese

Lychgate Red

This is a soft, well rounded red wine with flavours of blackcurrants, blackberries, dark chocolate and a hint of delicate black olive with a savoury herbaceous finish.
Pairs with: Pizza, slow cooked pork belly, rich beef ragu and roasted tomato and garlic bean stew. Souvlaki with rich garlic sauce.  

Pinot Gris

Medium-bodied and smooth, plenty of fresh pear along with citrus and honeysuckle. Fresh finish with some grassy notes.

Pairs with: Shellfish

Lychgate Bacchus

Lovely jasmine, elderflower and ripe grapefruit notes are at the forefront of this wine, followed by hints of nettle and freshly cut grass. A classic example of a Bacchus, this wine is easy drinking and a firm favourite.
Pairs with: Scallops with pea puree, Steamed sea bass with lemongrass, Pad Thai

Cuvée Noir

A unique red sparkling wine made using the traditional method. Aromas reminiscent of red stone fruits, especially red cherry, redcurrants and sweet blueberries. On the palate, a wonderful creamy richness and full bodied mousse, packed full of ripe summer fruits, with a hint of sweet spice on the finish.
Pairs with: Christmas Pudding

Lychgate Rosé

A fresh and silky rosé with a coral pink colour. Aromas of strawberry, raspberry, red fruit and rose petals lead to a refreshing palate of red fruits, strawberries and cream.
