Limited Quantity. A sophisticated and classic Chardonnay with lemon shortbread, vanilla and orange blossom on the nose and caramelised pineapple and apricot on the palate with a lemon peel finish. This is a showcase wine with a a floral and fruity expression.
This year the chardonnay grapes were whole bunch pressed, then cool fermented, allowing for 30% of the blend to be fermented and matured in new French oak, on lees before blending and filtration.
Beautifully expressive and ripe fruit flavours make this wine the perfect match for fish and chips, tempura prawns and big ripe cheeses, pork and apple.
