Bolney Estate Gin is a classic, dry English gin. Its vibrant freshness of lemon oil and fennel is delicately balanced with hints of bay and juniper. As richly scented as a country hedgerow, it has an earthy, floral depth and a spiciness on the nose and finish.
Our gin uses press wine from our very own grapes, distilled with delicate botanicals, including hawthorn leaves sourced from the hedgerows surrounding our vines.

The very same experts who make our award-winning still and sparkling wines make our gin. Following the same principle that has sustained us for nearly 50 years on our beautiful Sussex vineyard, they are guided by nature and make use of the natural resources in our environment.
Sustainability is a central part of this approach, which we’ve not lost sight of since our pioneering days in the
early 1970s. We’ve created a gin that uses press wine from our very own estate-grown grapes, distilled with delicate botanicals, including hawthorn leaves sourced from the hedgerows surrounding our vines.

Having mastered wine making we thought it was time we ventured into gin. We invite you to be guided by nature, like us, and take the time to savour the delicate botanicals, including hawthorne leaves from our hedgerows, in a quintessential G&T.
