What's In The Bundle

Cuvée Noir

A unique, traditional method, sweet sparkling red wine. Aromas reminiscent of red fruits, especially red cherry, redcurrants and sweet blueberries. On the palate, the sparkling red has a wonderful creamy richness and full-bodied mousse, packed full of ripe summer fruits, with a hint of sweet spice on the finish.

Bolney Sparkling Cider

We have taken the original wine style Kentish cider produced from our local Garden of England fruit, applied with a modern winemaking approach along with a ‘Traditional Method’ second fermentation in the bottle. The result is a lively, fresh fruit driven aperitif that is flexible enough to accompany a range of seasonal dishes.

Sussex Goats Cheese

A mild goats cheese that has a complex, yet subtle flavour with hints lemon. Light and creamy in texture, Golden Cross is a log shaped goat’s milk cheese which can be eaten straight away or is also perfect for aging allowing it to develop more intense flavours. Lightly charcoaled prior to maturation to help develop a velvety white penicillium mould on the surface.

Lychgate Chutney

A delicious chutney with a fresh rounded flavour and gentle zing achieved by Bolney Lychgate Rosé.

Lamb & Rosemary Crisps

Romney Marsh Lamb with Rosemary & Garlic from Parsonage Farm in Salehurst that has been farmed by the Hoad family since the 1880s. It is a typical Wealden farm and is run on traditional lines with a mix of livestock and crops. Their sheep are Romneys – a local breed, which are home reared and grass-fed on the farm and sold in the onsite butchers shop.
