Amaro is a family of herbal liqueurs that originate from Italy, with the word amaro being Italian for bitter. These liqueurs are used as an important part of popular cocktails such as a Negroni. Made in Hove from a distinct blend of 14 botanicals, pure cane sugar and English wheat spirit, this Amaro is less sweet than many similar products and the herbal complexity makes this a fantastic addition to your cocktail cabinet. Quite simply the best Amaro in Sussex. 20cl bottle.

Madame Jennifer

Inger & Ian, who originally trained as a biologist and chemist put their science skills to new uses and, inspired by a book on craft distilling and a 2016 trip to the oldest distillery in Amsterdam, decided to create a small distillery of their own. In 2018, after lots of research, they opened Madame Jennifer Distillery in Poets Corner, Hove.
