Ingredients
30ml Bolney Rosso Vermouth
30ml Patxaran
150ml Coffee Soda
Crushed Ice
Garnish: Edible flower

Method
Add vermouth, patxaran, ice and coffee soda in a highball glass.
Garnish with an edible flower.

*Coffee Soda is made by lightly crushing 30 coffee beans and infusing in 500ml of cold water for two hours. Strain and transfer to a soda syphon.
