Ingredients
25ml Bolney Rosso Vermouth
15ml Cointreau
20ml Portobello Road 171 Gin
100ml Fever-Tree Lemonade
Cubed Ice
Fresh Orange Juice
Garnish: Wedge of orange
Method
Add vermouth, cointreau, gin and lemonade over cubed ice in a large wine glass.
Gently stir together the components.
Squeeze in some juice from a quarter of an orange.
Garnish with a wedge of orange.
