Our Vineyard Team work tirelessly throughout the year, come rain or shine, to care for the vines, ensuring the excellent quality of the grapes.

Our dedicated Wine Sales Team work hard building relationships with our external trade partners, allowing our wine to be enjoyed worldwide. They also look after all of our corporate customers, assisting them with event and gifting needs.

Our Front of House team are always here to greet you with a smile. Providing impeccable service whether you are here for a tour, a spot of lunch, to shop, or for one of our virtual experiences.

Our knowledgeable Tour Guide team provide an exceptional service by guiding you through the world of English Wine when you visit our Estate.

Our passionate Marketing team work hard behind the scenes here at Bolney to support all aspects of the business.  From managing our website and social channels, working with our trade partners and curating our delicious café menus, to keeping our customers updated with all of our exciting news. You’ll often spot them around Bolney with a camera in hand getting ready to launch our latest collection or initiative!

At the epicentre of all of logistics here at Bolney, is our warehouse team. Working hands on with all of our stock on a daily basis, shipping out trade, corporate and customer orders as well as managing the stock levels to ensure we always have your favourite products available.

Our IT, Accounts and Office teams are integral to ensuring all of our systems and processes run smoothly and are there to support the wider team at Bolney. Allowing us to do what we do best… make and sell English Wine.
