What's in the case: 

Blanc de Blancs
A very stylish vintage, traditional method, quality sparkling wine. Lots of yellow fruit character, floral notes, and wonderful yeasty undertones. Smooth texture with a fine mousse and a lovely length.
Pairs with:Shellfish, smoked salmon, seafood and chicken. 

Pinot Noir 
An excellent example of a cool climate Pinot Noir, well balanced, it has soft tannins and juicy strawberry and red cherry on the palate. Leather, spice and chocolate complement fresh plums and a smooth and creamy finish.
Pairs with: Turkey, pork, duck and rabbit. 

Pinot Gris
Medium-bodied and smooth, plenty of fresh pear along with citrus and honeysuckle. Fresh finish with some grassy notes.
Pairs with: Shellfish

Estate Bacchus
This complex Bacchus marries classic elderflower and gooseberry, with savoury notes of white pepper and citrus undertones for a floral finish. This rounded vintage is ideal for ageing.
Pairs with: White fish, chicken and goats cheese. 

Lieutenant de Sigalas Sauternes
Le Lieutenant de Sigalas is a blend of Sémillon and Sauvignon and has aromas of fresh flowers and stone fruit.
Pairs with: Cheese and fruit desserts. 

Cuvée Noir
A unique red sparkling wine made using the traditional method. Aromas reminiscent of red stone fruits, especially red cherry, redcurrants and sweet blueberries. On the palate, a wonderful creamy richness and full bodied mousse, packed full of ripe summer fruits, with a hint of sweet spice on the finish.
