Mad City is a quality white rum enhanced with botanicals. Inspired by Foxhole Spirits' mission to utilise surplus, Mad City is made from sugar cane molasses; a natural by-product of the sugar industry.

Rums are sourced and blended from Jamaica, Guyana, Dominican Republic and Barbados. At the distillery in England, botanicals are infused and distilled into the rum including Coconut, Orange and Coffee.

Mad City Botanical Rum captures and celebrates the unique blend of materials, influences, experience and motivation that go into it. And while parts of it may seem crazy, somehow it all makes sense.
