The traditional wooden beehives are located in 60 acres of ancient woodland, overlooking two naturally seeded wildflower meadows.

The diversity of this wild flora is reflected in the flavour , which offers light fruity notes of Wild Cherry and Hawthorn Blossom in spring, to the deeper flavours of Bramble and Centaurea Nigra as the summer unfolds.

Each hand poured batch  is unique in flavour, showcasing the seasonal variations of our Sussex countryside.
